The Homes at Auburndale Yard

Developed in 1998, this 10-unit mixed-income condominium community offers six single-family homes and two duplex homes. Three of the homes were sold to income-eligible first-time homebuyers and four were sold at market rate prices. NCDF retains ownership of three units and rents them through the Section 8 program.
