Casselman House was developed by NCDF through the U.S. Department of Housing and Development’s (HUD) 202 Direct Loan Program. NCDF recently refinanced Casselman House at a significantly lower interest rate through MassHousing and performed considerable upgrades to the property as well as interior redecorating of all common areas.
